Adult Education HSE/ESOL
The RSHCC is pleased to partner with the Hamilton City Schools branch of Ohio Aspire. Aspire offers High School Equivalency (HSE) classes as well as English classes for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL). Both classes are offered free of charge.
