The Employment Center is new to CBI Middletown. It is the go to place to get help with creating a stand-out resume, creating a professional LinkedIn account, applying for jobs, and applying for unemployment, and much more. Not only do they give you one on one assistance, they offer workshops that help you make a better future. Here are the three workshops coming to Robert “Sonny” Hill Community Center:
Career Readiness- A fun interactive workshop that will guide you through dealing with change, creating your vision for the future, identifying your strengths, and understanding the skills top employers need you to have in today’s workforce.

Customer Service- Gain the foundation and skills to become a quality customer service representative, one of the fastest growing careers today. You’ll focus on building lifelong customer relationship and learning the most efficient customer-care strategies. You’ll even learn about new customer service technologies like Internet Chat.
Dec 3rd – Dec 7th Noon – 4:00pm
Computers in the Workplace- Learn the computer skills employers need. This workshop covers computer technology from the basics to the most used workshop applications. This class also includes CyberSafe which shows you hot to stay safe on the internet and how to keep your employers safe as you use their equipment.
