Consent & Opt-In: By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages from CBI, you consent to receive recurring automated or manually-sent SMS/MMS messages. Consent is not a condition of participation in any CBI program or service.

How to Opt Out: You may opt out of CBI text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. To re-subscribe, reply START at any time.

Help: Reply HELP to any CBI text message for assistance, or contact us directly at the information listed in Section 11.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Message frequency varies based on program activity and organizational updates. CBI is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by your mobile carrier.

We do not share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your number may be shared with our SMS platform provider solely to facilitate message delivery.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

Many of CBI’s programs serve children and youth. We are committed to protecting the privacy of minors.
